We graduated an enthusiastic group of young people in Moldova in May. This was our fifth graduating class, and we are proud of their dedication to Christ and service to our Lord.
Camp has begun again this year. Last week we had 303 children attending camp, ages 10-13. Praise the Lord that 213 accepted Jesus Christ as Savior this first week. Pray for the camps this summer that many will be saved and encouraged to serve the Lord. We are very short of funds this summer; pray God will supply all we need to continue this important work of evangelizing the youth of Moldova. We need a minimum of $20 per camper to operate this ministry.
We just finished two weeks of pastor training in Zomba and the Lower Shire. Pastor Josh Hutchins came and taught Bible Doctrines again to the men. The understanding of the men is growing each year, and we are pleased with their spiritual growth.
We continue to build the dormitory for the pastors’ school. We just had a team from Pensacola come and put on the roof; we appreciate their hard work and the funds they brought to purchase the materials. Another team is coming to build beds and prepare electric. We are still short of funds for the materials for bed construction. Pray for the supply of the Lord.
Medical Clinic Vehicle
Praise the Lord, our Medical Vehicle has finally arrived. We now have a 4 wheel-drive for bush work in the remote areas of Malawi. If you want to be part of reaching these people through medical missions, please contact me directly. We need doctors, nurses, preachers, medicine, and other equipment to do a good job of helping the people of Malawi. This effort will allow us to preach the love of Jesus to people who have never heard of our Lord.
Day Camps in Malawi
Day camps will soon begin in Malawi. We are forming 10 teams of Malawian Christians to go to different regions preaching the Gospel of Christ. We hope to reach 65,000 people with the Good News this summer.
