MOLDOVA
Moldova is the poorest country in Europe as it has never truly recovered from the throws of communism as part of the former Soviet Republic. In 1993 Dr. Eric Chapman and his family began their ministry in Moldova with evangelism and discipleship leading to the establishment of a number of churches. In addition to local church ministries EurAsian Baptist is actively ministering through evangelistic youth camps and the Moldovan Bible Institute.
We have been running evangelistic youth camps for 16 years in Moldova; over 24,000 young people have professed Jesus Christ as Savior! We are able to bring 400 youth together each week in our two facilities in Moldova. Through teaching, preaching and personal counseling the youth experience new possibilities of how Christ can change their lives.

Our Moldovan ministry team has recently reached into the Ukraine to lead evangelical youth camps. Many of these youth have been affected by the recent war. Through the preaching of the Gospel in the camps in June of 2025, we saw many young people come to Christ. We plan to reach into other areas in the future once the war is over. Pray for these outreaches.
